COMPUTER
TUITION CLASSES
An idea 'pioneered' by a former priest of the parish the
Rev'd Braden Short, these very popular classes are held at the parish on
modern machines learning Windows, Microsoft Office software and
Internet/Email basics.
Call Geoff Holbrook (9364-4776) or parish office (9364 1718) to
get more information on the current schedule of classes.
These daytime classes aim to teach the basics of using a
computer, and while the majority of students have been seniors so far,
people of all ages are welcome.
A room in the Parish office has been dedicated to the
provision of computer lessons with well over 1,000 people to date (at
2007).This community service commenced in 2000 and utilises the experience
and enthusiasm of Parish members and friends.
